ATHE Recognition
ATHE is a global awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual and other UK and international regulators. We work with 200 recognised centres in over 45 countries to complement our strong brand presence in the UK.
ATHE offers a wide portfolio of vocationally orientated and internationally recognised qualifications – such as business and management, law, computing and healthcare, with many eligible for UK funding. We have also developed a diverse range of regulated bespoke qualifications for clients through our qualifications development service.
ATHE qualifications are approved as progression pathways to relevant Bachelor’s and Master’s Top Up degrees by a growing number of UK and international Universities, providing significant tertiary education opportunities for our learners.
Available Courses
Level 7 - Extended Diploma in Strategic Management
The ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management was developed in 2016 with support and feedback from UK universities.
Level 6 - Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
The aim of this qualification is to develop knowledge, understanding and skill in coaching and mentoring, so these techniques can be used effectively in and across organisations operating in the fields of business and education.
Level 5 - Diploma in Computing
The ATHE Level 5 Diploma in Computing is a 120-credit Ofqual regulated qualification. It provides the core knowledge, understanding and skills to support learners planning to further their studies in computing.
Level 5 - Extended Diploma in Business and Management
Both the ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Business and Management 2018 and the previous 2012 qualification are 120-credit Ofqual regulated qualifications that are the equivalent level to the second year of a bachelor’s degree.
Level 4 - Diploma in Computing
The ATHE Level 4 Diploma in Computing is a 120-credit Ofqual regulated qualification. It provides the core knowledge, understanding and skills to support learners planning to further their studies in computing. It is equivalent in size and level to the first year of a degree program in computing.
Level 4 - Extended Diploma in Business and Management
Both the ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business and Management 2018 and the previous 2012 qualification are 120-credit Ofqual regulated qualifications that are the equivalent level to the first year of a bachelor’s degree.
Level 3 - Diploma in Business
The ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business is a 60-credit Ofqual regulated qualification and is the equivalent level to an A Level or Access to HE qualification. It has been designed for learners who wish to progress to a business or management degree and may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required.
