The term ‘Training and Development’ describes the intersection of adult education and training with individual and organisational development.
 
This degree recognizes your professional development and work experience to enable you to enter the third year of a bachelor degree, focusing on training and development. You will be provided with new tools to enhance professional development with increased managerial responsibilities.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor (AQF Level 7) in a relevant discipline: or

  • Diploma (AQF Level 5) in a relevant discipline and at least six years of work-based learning:

Note:

  • Relevant disciplines include (but are not limited to) Adult Education, Business Administration, HR Management, Organisational Development, Policing Practice, Public Safety (Military Leadership), Vocational Education and Training, Workplace Training and Assessment.
  • All work-based learning will be assessed for approval on a case-by-case basis and may include supervisory experience, professional training workshops, relevant work experience. Please see the course listing for full details.
