The program helps develop and equip individuals in the sector to fulfill the Tourism NKEA target by PEMANDU that lays the foundation for the industryto boost the country’s total GNI to RM66.7 billion and create 37,900 new jobs by 2020. This program is made up of two parts:
- Competent Tourism, Theme Park and Resorts Specialist (CTTRS01)
- Certified Tourism, Theme Park and Resorts Specialist (CTTRS02)
